Project Management
If you wish to work with your own contractor, we offer construction management services. During the construction phase, we represent the client and regularly visit the jobsite to make sure the contractor works according to the plans made by the architect. We also do coordination between different parties such as electrical, HVAC, data and plumbing. This ensures a construction phase with less problems, faster build-time and much less stress for our client.
